"A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends.
Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful.
A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in.

"Loved having access to a kitchen and a washing machine, much needed after 3 wks camping. Beds were supper comfy cozy, and contrary to other reviews we did not find the street noise bothersome, and we had the windows open. Traffic noise calmed by midnight.
Place was very well looked after by hardworking staff, we saw staff regularly in the 4 days we stayed. Shout out to them, because it's deplorable the mess other guests left in the kitchen. Very inconsiderate not leaving it clean for the next...

"The cabin was beautifully curated and clean. It felt cozy and welcoming as soon as we entered. Pat & Joy were wonderful and friendly - Joy came to greet us when we checked in and made sure we were comfortable. She walked us through the property and told us about how everything worked. The patio and outdoor sofa was lovely for our coffee in the morning sunshine. We will definitely be going back soon. 10/10"

"Beautiful views, loved the comfort, log burner, wool home made toiletries, blanket and hot water bottle… nice touch! The welcome apple juice, marshmallows, loaf and butter all wonderful.
