"We all had an amazing time in such a beautiful location. Very secluded with a wonderful fire pit. Although we did not have a fire. We did enjoy the hot tub very much. The grill was awesome to use and the chairs on the deck were were terrific. We especially love the springed in court. "The property was beautiful! Just as described and as shown in the pictures. The condo was clean with plenty of the basic amenities one would expect from a rental. The third floor overlooking Lake Pepin was very beautiful and noise from the road was not an issue at all. I would highly recommend to others seeking a nice rental in the Lake City/Red Wing area.I would rent again from these folks! A experience! Thank you!The Haberman Family"

"Sweet cottage in a quaint little community. We were there during the Stockholm Art Fair, so that added some flavor. Beautiful area. The main downfall to the rental was the condition of the grill. It was a bit rusty and we had to give it a good cleaning before using it."

"We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out...

"We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house."

"We have stayed at this lovely home multiple times over the course of our child’s time at Carleton College. It’s become for us, our home away from home, a place where our shoulders go down the moment we arrive. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful in how they prepare for and communicate with guests. It’s always clean and furnished in a way that lends itself to good sleep and relaxation. It’s also conveniently located, within a few blocks of campus, the Weitz Center, or downtown....

"Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well.
