"Hotel was beautiful, clean and everyone was so friendly. My husband stayed at a Tru Hotel in Texas and loved it and that is why he booked it for me, he knew I would love it as well."

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"The room that was assigned to me shouldn’t have been since it clearly was still under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched up and the shower was missing the middle part of the hardware. The room was cleaned and the dirty towels was rolled up and place on the shelf that was outside of the bathroom. A 29 hour drive. Expedia told me they refused to refund and customer service is not open until Monday morning."
