"Had to communicate with the office no answer when called. Didn’t answer phone all day. Didn’t get a reply. Parking is really tight some spots shouldn’t be allowed.Quiite big rooms dark and clean room "

"We had room 15 but the bed sloped downwards against the wall. Not flat. Very tiny ...... But bathroom was modern . Clean and tidy . No shops nearby and need a car to go to the shops . Reception wasn't open in the evening when guests arrive . Denise was good and welcoming. Expedia rates are much better than the room rates if booked direct . No heater in the room either and temp plunged to under 7 degrees while we were there. "

"Spotless room and hotel, as new room and facilities, great shower 10 out of 10, excellent King bed and four extra large pillows. Good size room, close to the RSL and only a couple of minutes drive to the heart of Katoomba. Great Management & staff, highly recommend."

"Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. "

"I just loved my short stay at EVE, the view was amazing though the weather was not the best it was wonderful just sitting watching the storm roll in, nice and warm in the comfort of my lovely room with the fire on. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Loved the DVD library and the Alpacas, this is a very special place to unwind and relax i will definitely be back."

"Lovely stay with an interesting history. I didn’t realize it used to be a nunnery in the 1950s and that it miraculously survived bushfires. The property is beautiful and conveniently located near great cafes and restaurants. Also there’s the neighbours cat (Milo) who visits and is incredibly friendly and adorable. After we checked out, I accidentally left my bag (with some expensive chocolates inside), but fortunately housekeeping found it and returned it to me when I came back. I am so...

"Wonderful place to stay! Great checkin! Lovely staff and a beautiful property with such an old school feel. In a lovely location to walk to sightseeing and not far from good and shops by car. This is a top spot yo spend a few nights with the family to see everything the blue mountains has to offer. Comfy rooms, excellent parking and great service!"
