"チェックインの対応ですが。ネット予約の時点で個人情報を入力してたと思います。 でもフロントでモニターに再入力しなければなりませんでした。 高齢で馴染めない機械相手で苦戦…スタッフのかたがご親切に対応していただきましたが時間的にも体力的にもグッタリ。 身分証明書提示で確認できそうに思いますがそうもいかないのでしょうね。"
