"The property is lovely this includes the grounds and the cottages. The service was not great. We had to call to inquire about breakfast no one let us know how this worked. We arrived to wait for about 15 minutes with the only two other guests at the hotel to have a sixteen year old boy wait on us. He didn’t know how to make coffee said he doesn’t drink it. "We just stayed one night at No.10 and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Everything that you need was provided. A spacious room, a comfortable snuggle chair, a comfortable bed and a clean and modern en-suite bathroom. No.10 has 4 rooms, we stayed in room 3. I have no hesitation to suggest that all the rooms are of an equal high standard. "
