Detached villa located in the residential complex of Ville del Golfo, 5 minutes by car from the White Beach and Cala Sassari.
Villa Tavolara is composed of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the floor below.
The property includes a beautiful garden of approx. 600 with typical trees and blooms of the Mediterranean maquis with a splendid swimming pool equipped with hydromassage with spectacular views of the island of Tavolara and Golfo Aranci.
The patio and the barbecue area await you to enjoy your moments of relaxation at sunset after a wonderful day at the beach.
A double carport with direct access to the property makes loading and unloading convenient. An oasis of peace just a stone's throw from the sea and only 10 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia.

Fantastisch huis op goede locatie om Costa Smeralda te bezoeken. Fenomenaal uitzicht vanop mooi terras. Prachtig en zeer goed onderhouden zwembad. Ruime en mooie tuin. Ook de schaduwrijke parkeerplaats voor de 2 auto's is een pluspunt. De villa is ook binnen zeer goed uitgerust. Wij hadden er 5 zeer mooie dagen..

Wonderful Place - Could be so much Better

A lovely property and Host was excellent to deal with but Property Manager was not. Had not checked property before we arrived to ensure everything was working. Had no internet for the whole of the visit despite it being identified as a problem on arrival. Outside this the property is lovely comfortable and very family friendly. The Host compensated us with a meal in an excellent restaurant because of the problems that was very much appreciated and helped making our stay very pleasant.

Stunning villa

Best villa we have stayed in over the years with an unbelievable view. It was very relaxing with a lovely pool and bbq space. You 100% need a car but is well worth it.

fantastisch huisje - zeer behulpzame eigenaar Daniele en medewerker Roberto. Altijd bereikbaar. Perfect zwembad voor kleine kinderen. de helft is 80cm diep. Ideaal voor de kleintjes. Leuke jacuzzi ingebouwd in zwembad. Mooie grote tuin. zeer rustige ligging. Mooi domein.

Wonderful Villa with views that I wont forget!

Wunderschoener Ausblick

Schoene, gepflegte, ruhige Wohnanlage. Wir waren fast alleine. Toller Pool mit Aussicht. Grosser Garten. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz fuer 6 Personen. Verwalter Roberto SUPER. Sehr freundlich, immer zu erreichen. Toller Strand "White Beach" 5min mit dem Auto. Supermarkt 10min mit dem Auto somit wird das Auto fast immer benoetigt da die Anlage recht ruhig abseits liegt. Wir koennen das Haus nur empfehlen. Grazie mille, Roberto.

Beautiful House with Fantastic View

we had a very nice stay in Golfo Aranci. The house is very nice with everything you need. You have to emphasize the beautiful garden area, the pool and the amazing view of the sea. Roberto who was responsible for the property. Was very nice and helped when something was needed. We will be back.

Wonderful villa in Golfo Aranci

We can absolutely recommend this villa. The highlights are: - extraordinary panoramic view over the bay - calm surroundings - well equipped kitchen for 6 people - several fantastic beaches within 20 min drive from the house by car - nice private pool and garden - great restaurant in walking distance from the house - 3 very nice bathrooms - very Sardegna style place - in the good way We will definitely come back. Amazing amazing place!

Almost don’t want to write this so it remains my hidden gem :). House was absolutely perfect in every way. Location, host responsiveness, accommodations. Kitchen well stocked with everything to cook, outside table perfect to host meals. Plenty of space for a group with the downstairs accommodations. Close to everything on Costa Smeralda. Private, yet accessible. View that I will remember forever.

Tolles Haus mit grandiosem Blick

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Der Verwalter ist top und sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Die Lage ist großartig, der Blick unbezahlbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt: kein WLAN, was aber auch erholsam sein kann.

Amazing villa but needs minor tweaks

Villa was great and the outdoor space was amazing with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and amenities. very well maintained garden and pool provided all the requirements for a relaxing week. A few tweaks would have landed five stars; a small food package on arrival would be nice (when you arrive late at night a solitary bottle of water doesn't really cut it), the twin beds are more suited to young children rather than teenagers, and the recycling system should be managed by the management company rather than the guests. That siad, still a great place that I would revisit.
