"The checkin process was pretty smooth. Rooms are better in person than pictures. They are clean and super cute. We were able to view the city and part of the ocean from our room. The view is beautiful."

"The staff were wonderful but no welcome drink as listing said. Only one coupon free drink for 3 people and have to go to the onwer store at another location to get it. The room have smell when check in. Some broken stuff but did not get fixed properly as bathroom and bedroom lock. The elevator is a nightmare, you maybe have to wait up to 20 mins."

"We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well."

"The place is rated as 5 stars on Expedia. I’m not sure how this is the case. There were bugs all over and the bedding (including pillowcases) had stains on them. I felt disgusted sleeping on the bedding. The bed was hard, my back hurt. The elevators to the unit, were disgustingly over crowded and super slow. Overall, the stay here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and feel that the photos and reviews were truly misleading. Expedia, please remove this from your listing or else you’ll lose...

"Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible. The biggest disappointment was they did not give us the room we booked. I had booked one week before our vacation for the whole family...

"The building was old but I was impressed as they had kept it clean as new. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. Breakfast was great as it has had variety of food for vegetarian folks like us. I would recommend since it definitely deserves a 5 stars rating."

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking.
