"The staff was excellent and helpful during my 3-day stay. The breakfasts were good. They serve different potatoes each morning along with sausage, and biscuits and gravy. They didn't serve bacon daily which I would have preferred. The room seemed fresh and clean. The bathroom was clean but had some issues. Whoever thought a half glass shower wall was a good idea should be forced to make repairs on all damaged rooms; and, stand naked under the shower head waiting for the hot water before...

"Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking. The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area."

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"Everything was going great until it was shower time the water pressure was non existent. That’s a major issue! Getting back from the heat or even the pool you expect to come back and have a nice relaxing shower but the water pressure had other ideas. Never have I ever had such a low water pressure in any of the cheap hotels I’ve ever stayed at but to have it in the courtyard by Marriot is wild! I hope this issue is resolved for other guest."

"Closed to SeaWorld. Clean, well maintained. Plenty of parking. Large rooms. Strong paint smell on hallways. Noisy AC and temp control didn’t work well. Breakfast was awfull. Same variety than comparable hotels, but eggs were dry and overcooked. Bacon in pieces and all stuck together. Coffee warm, creamer was slimy. Inedible. Tried first morning, didn’t repeat. Water pressure was super low (4th floor). It was a pain to bathe two kids and two adults after a day out. Will not go back. There are...
