"They don't allow service animals - or at least actively discourage them. The man at the front desk really wanted me to leave, which I was fine with, but I told him that he had to be the one to cancel the nonrefundable reservation through Expedia. Thats when he remembered that it was an Expedia reservation and he didn't want to deal with it, so he ultimately let me stay. I was too tired to argue. The place was fine though. Clean and convenient - just not cool with ADA mandated stuff. So if...
