    Nos complace anunciar la compra de una segunda propiedad en la misma calle. Consulte el número de referencia 857368 para obtener información adicional o fiestas más grandes que quieran permanecer juntas.
    Ubicado en Kings River Arm of Table Rock (el lado tranquilo) se encuentra nuestro Paradise de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños que ofrece más de 3800 pies cuadrados de diversión familiar. El nivel principal es muy espacioso, abierto y terminado con la mejor calidad de accesorios y acabados. Decoración neutral con todas las mejoras que incluyen granito exótico, pisos de madera dura raspados a mano, adornos y gabinetes a medida, accesorios de bronce frotado con aceite, etc. Es difícil creer que este sea un "hogar en el lago".

    El dormitorio principal grande tiene una cama king con almohada superior, 2 armarios grandes de cedro, love seat, TV LCD y baño privado. Grandes ventanales y puertas corredizas de vidrio para acceder a la cubierta superior. La pared lateral del lago tiene persianas personalizadas de control remoto de piso a techo. Es genial despertarse y presionar un botón para abrir las persianas y el lago aparece justo frente a ti. ¡Ni siquiera tenías que levantarte de la cama!

    El segundo dormitorio también cuenta con una cama King con cubierta tipo almohada, TV LCD, un gran armario de cedro y una decoración neutra.

    El tercer dormitorio tiene (2) camas queen y vestidor con puertas de patio que acceden al frente de la propiedad.

    El cuarto dormitorio tiene (2) camas matrimoniales y vestidor.

    Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y alfombras muy lujosas.

    El nivel del sótano es donde comienza la diversión para niños y adultos por igual. Más de 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio abierto con techos de 12 'y una chimenea de doble cara de piso a techo. Las paredes tienen revestimiento de cedro natural cortado y fresado de cedros en la propiedad.     Ahora al aire libre. Es por eso que venimos al lago, ¿verdad? Tenemos más de 1400 pies cuadrados en dos niveles de cubiertas cubiertas.     El lanzamiento del barco State Park está a 1. 1 millas de distancia. El puerto deportivo de Kings River está a unos 4 minutos por agua. No tenemos un amarre para botes disponible, pero nuestra pequeña cala es perfecta para amarrar un bote y motos de agua, o puede alquilar un amarre en el puerto deportivo (17 minutos en coche por tierra)

    Estamos ubicados a 20 minutos de Cassville, Mo y Berryville AR, donde encontrará Wal-Mart y otros servicios. Hay tiendas más pequeñas dentro de 5-10 minutos de nuestra casa. Algunas atracciones cercanas son Eureka Springs (20 min), el Parque Estatal Roaring River y el tobogán acuático cercano (20 min), Branson (45 min) Golf en Holiday Island o Kings River y el 'Great Passion Play' en Eureka Springs.

    Table Rock Lake es uno de los secretos mejor guardados que quedan en este país, a 800 millas de costa; tomaría toda una vida asimilarlo todo.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids and the accommodations were great for all of us. Loved the view and access to the lake and the kids really enjoyed the game room on the rainy days. Very enjoyable stay!

Property was great, Lisa is a great host, always available to answer any questions and address any thing we needed. The game room was awesome, the grand kids had a blast, we all did. We will be back.

Super helpful hosts and great location! Pictures didn't do the downstairs justice on how awesome it was. Plenty of space for our large family. We'd love to come back!

Had a great time with the family

We brought our family to the lake house and we had an incredible time. Plenty of room for all of us and with the games for everyone to enjoy along with walking down the back yard to the lake where we enjoyed were able to swim and jump in off the rocks. Such an enjoyable time with the family.

Arrow Point Adventure

This was our annual “adult” age children retreat that is so important to my wife and I. Fantastic house on a beautiful stretch of Tablerock Lake. Super accommodating host made us feel right at home. Loved every minute of this experience.

Beautiful Property

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and better than described. Lots of room and so much to do in the area. Mark & Lisa are wonderful hosts, gave lots of good suggestions to make our stay even better. Very fast response to any questions we had. Lots of great memories were made!

Fantastic house with direct lake views! Large enough for people to have space but able to still be together. Immaculately clean house! Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Plenty of beds, towels, and washcloths. House has a gas grill as well as a blackstone for all your grilling needs. There is a large game room located downstairs which is stocked with all kinds of games and things to do in the evening. Owners live up the street which was great for communication and needs! The house is located about an hour drive from Branson, which was perfect for our trip. We brought our boat and was able to launch about 2 miles from the house. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a house on Tablerock lake outside of the hustle and bustle of Branson!

Great House on the water

This property was a great place to stay with our grown children. There was plenty of room and we all loved the games downstairs. The lake views on the deck are amazing. Being able to easily access the water in front of the house and swim was very nice. The host answered all our questions and gave us fast responses. We had plenty of room to bring the boat. We would definitely stay again.

Yearly family lake trip

The house had a beautiful view of the lake from both decks. It was the right size for our family yearly lake time. The kids LOVED the downstair game room and even the adults enjoyed having battles on the arcade machine and ping pong matches.

We absolutely loved this lake house. Beautiful views of Table Rock lake. Very cozy home. This house had everything. Our family had a great time at the lake and in the home (game room). Beds are very comfortable and we especially loved the very cool house. Great touch in July heat. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Lisa for the prompt responses and beautiful home.

Great place for the whole family

Plenty of room with space for a large group. The water is right outside the back door with limited accessibility. There is accessibility nearby.

The house was very nice, clean and well equipped. Owners were very helpful. Pictures of the waterfront and lake are deceiving. There is no reasonable access to the lake from this property for swimming. You have to travel about 3/4 mile to get to a beach area or boat launch.

Christmas 2019

We needed a property that could accommodate and entertain grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. This property was perfect! The game room was large enough for all 5 of the grandchildren to play. Parents and grandchildren loved the multigame arcade game, ping pong table, etc. The owners were responsive to any and all questions. We hope to stay here again!

Just awesome

This property was an awesome place to stay. We were a party of 7 with 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone. The kitchen was beyond stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking gear. The kids enjoyed getting to swim, fish, and play downstairs with the different games. The adults loved just getting to hang out, fish, and enjoy the lake.

Needs a little TLC

The house was the perfect size for our family trip. We did love the game room. Upon arrival, the house was very hot. The owner did bring a fan but for the last two days we had no AC. Luckily the nights were a little cool but it was still uncomfortable. Also the ice machine on the fridge didn’t work and the gas tank for the BBQ pit was empty. We were left one towel per person for a 4 night visit and the kitchen only had 3 towels. The house wasn’t really well supplied. The owner was very responsive to outreach. Also, the listing shows lake access but there was none from this property. We had to pack everyone up and pay for public beach access.

The house was spacious and handled 12 people easily. The games downstairs were fun for the kids. The view of the lake was perfect and access to the water was easy and nice.

Awesome Game Room

It was very hot the week we stayed so we used the game room a lot. The nicest one of anyplace we've ever stayed in. The lake was wonderful, the house was very clean and had a lot of seating area's. The kitchen was well equipped. NO down sides at all. LOVED it and will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for our time away

We wanted a location that was close enough to Branson that we could get there under an hour but also was on the water and had things to do outside of the crowds of Branson. We were able to do just that here. The kids loved the basement game room space and enjoyed jumping off the rocks into the lake. My best friend is already looking at booking the property for her family trip next summer. Great space!!

Lovely Lakeside home

The access to the lake from the backyard was perfect. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a good stay here and especially enjoyed the game room.
