"The bed was very uncomfortable, took some getting used to.
The magnetic card key for the room was a nightmare. Had to
get rekeyed twice. Didn't work half the time. It was very
annoying.
I don't know why, but the toilet was built for a five year old.
Isn't there a standard measurement from the floor? My
husband is six foot and literally felt like he was sitting on
the floor.
Not sure I would stay there again."

First. NO TOWELS. They cleaned our room everyday but no big towels because the hotel had none. We asked for towels at night also and the next morning and still no big towels so we had to dry with mid size towels imagine men drying with this.
Second, we had to shower with the shower head towards the shower wall because the water would leak out somehow and it would be a pool of water on the bathroom floor.
Also roach in the bathroom.

"We stayed in the main property in a room
Facing the pool over Mother’s Day weekend. It was very nice, only a little loud with kids having fun by the pool on the weekends but it was very quiet during the week. We enjoyed the workout facilities that were a short walk to and we did that each morning. The lap pool outside the gym was a great way to cool off and no one was there but us. Our room was great! Very nice place and we will be back!"
