Camps del Golden Gate

I was given a room when I checked in at about 9:30, but the tv didn't work. When I called, I was told the maintenance person would come to fix it. Not until I went to the front desk to find out why I couldn't get Internet and also complained about the tv not working, only then I was offered another room. Also, I called the front desk around 6am on my departure date to change the shuttle time from 9:15 to 10:15, However, when I went to the lobby around 10:05 to wait for the shuttle, the front desk clerk said no one recorded a 10:15 time for my departure. So the clerk called the company to request the shuttle which came about 15-20 minutes later, making me not able to get some food at the airport. This morning, I called regarding an erroneous charge on my credit card because I wrote my departure date on the parking sign-up sheet as the date I was leaving instead of the date I was returning the car. Thus, I was charged for 2 nights of parking instead of one. The same clerk who called the shuttle for me answered the phone and he said he would refund $20 to my credit card. He also said he was the same person who called the shuttle on Aug 12, and when I complained about my name not being on the list for the 10:15 shuttle, he said I was on the list for 10:15 which was not true, as he had to call the shuttle. When I asked for his name and spelled it for me, he kept hesitating and didn't want to keep repeating the spelling which sounded different each time.
