"Close to the airport but the air conditioner did not work well. Barely kept the room at 75 degrees which in st louis with the humidity is terrible."

"Friendly staff. Taylor parking is available large parking lot behind the building. Very easy for trailer access. Has cameras. Breakfast was slim pickings very disappointing."

"The property was very clean except the gym The treadmill was very dusty and evidence of sweat all over it that was never wiped off for the 3 days I used the gym (weights only). Also, there was a water bottle sitting in the exact same place by the treadmill all 3 days. But outside of the gym, everything else was very clean staff at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. My room was excellent!"

"This hotel is an excellent choice at its price point. We normally stay here when flying out of STL to take advantage of their parking shuttle and parking. During our most recent stay the front desk charged us for parking on the day of departure which they had not done in the past."

"There are 2 towers. Sunset Tower is old original one, it's not well maintained. Sealings are low, ventilation was not working, paint is chipping off the door frame, shower knob was wiggling and then completely came off in the middle of night, so we could not shower afterwards. Other tower is new and much better. Stay away from Sunset Tower."

"Stayed for 3 days, reported to staff refrigerator was not getting cold. Return second day for evening refrigerator still not repaired, reported again to manager. Return that evening refrigerator still not repaired. Went to front desk third day staff reported refrigerator to be replaced that day. Return that evening refrigerator not repaired not replaced. Left the next morning all food was spoiled had to throw out. Disappointed had stayed at this location two times before seems like a good place....

I planned on taking a shower in the morning but after seeing the bathroom, there was no way in heck I was going to. Barely slept because the refrigerator kept rattling & I kept thinking I was sleeping on a bed with bed bugs. There was a guy yelling at someone on the first floor (in his room but it was so loud) so my daughter & I were scared to even...

"Actually had great coffee available any time with the creamer i use to make it perfect. Breakfast is great. Staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and comfortable. Pet friendly, but nothing smelled or was unkept. Property is generally quiet except a few kids being loud after quiet hours. No fault on the hotel staff, as it's clear they would have managed it had they known. Wasn't my first stay and won't be my last. Thank you for caring and providing a better experience than most I've had in...

"The one good thing, the bed was comfortable, other than that, you get what you pay for. Mold on shower curtain, exhaust fan was missing cover with a big hole around it, made ne feel weird. Im not sure there was breakfast served, I left early. No pool as stated, turned into a garden. Great Japanese restaurant right down the street."
