This modern self-contained apartment is located on Level 23 and offers a comfortable stay in the heart of the Gold Coast, ideal for couples, small families, or business travellers seeking convenience and resort-style living.
Bedroom Configuration Bedroom: Features 1 king bed (combined with 2 singles can not be separated) Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living and Dining Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, Smart TV, and dining area. Private Balcony: A private balcony offering outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom and Laundry Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances. Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment. Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary). Dedicated Study Room: A separate study room provides a quiet workspace, ideal for remote work or study. Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are not allocated or guaranteed. Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access and Parking Access: The building is equipped with lift access. Parking: One complimentary basement parking space may be used, subject to availability. Spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary. Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional. Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control.
