This a very large & spacious 2 bedroom Apartment, with a separate, semi private Rumpus Room/Teenagers Retreat (has open doorway to the hallway which leads to the living area) containing a double sofa bed plus bunk beds with a double below & a single bunk above. Please see the photos

The apartment has amazing panoramic views of the whole Gold Coast Waterfront & Hinterland (2nd to none). Apartment finished to high standard with lots of little extras included to make your stay more enjoyable.

3 minutes from GC Airport, located beachfront on the beautiful Kirra Beach.
All amenities are literally at your door step.q

Great view

The property manager was excellent really helpful and sorted a couple of issues with the property really quickly. The view if the beach was fantastic! Just sit back in the lounge or on the balcony and enjoy. Walk to everything you need and want.

Wonderful Family Catch up weekend at Kirra

Fantastic property on 5th floor with large balcony overlooking Kirra Beach. Watching the sunset, skydivers, whales and Osprey from the comfort of the balcony chairs was a treat. Well laid out floor plan and beach access is 5 minute walk to the surf out the front. Great cafe below the apartment.

Had a perfect stay. Unit was absolutely perfect and huge. The view is spectacular and i wish i could wake up to it everday. Everything in walking distance and parking was secure. Awesome place highly recommend. We are trying to rebook again immediately.

The apartment is spacious and safe. I was well welcomed and the scene is just fantastic. One minor issue the balcony glasses need a bit of cleaning for better view.

Wonderful weekend away

We stayed at Julie’s place for 3 nights. The apartment is very nicely furnished and much bigger than the photos suggest. The view was incredible. Beds and couch were very comfortable. And the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Whilst the sleeping area next to the living room was much more private than expected, because it isn’t fully walled off, light from the lift and exit signs shines in overnight which isn’t ideal for those who need total darkness to sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

The location of the apartment and views are outstanding. Good undercover and secure parking with a lift that opens and gives direct access into the apartment. Lovely coffee shop/ cafe directly below and other nearby cafes and great bakery. There is easy access to the not overcrowded beach which stretches for many kilometers. This apartment is excellent for families who want an apartment with great views and immediate/easy access to the beach. Another plus is that it is in easy and pleasant walking access to the main Coolangatta shopping precinct and surf clubs.

Great, spacious apartment in perfect location with amazing views.

Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well presented. It had everything we needed for our family holiday. Location and view was amazing and communication was excellent. The only concern I had was that the lift and fire escapes open straight into the apartment so I was a little worried that my toddler would try to escape, but it didn't end up being a problem.

Location is everything!

The pics do not do this apartment justice, apart from the amazing view and central location the apartment had all you needed and more, good quality kitchen fit out and bedding made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

Fantastic apartment overlooking Kirra Beach

Despite the torrential downpour we were happy and comfortable in this apartment. Julie was very easy to communicate with and did all she could to make checkin and out easy for us. Very convenient location with plenty of choice for cafes etc
