Welcome to Lakeland Keys, a magnificent waterfront mansion offering a blend of Tuscan charm and modern luxury in the heart of Broadbeach Waters. This six-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring expansive open-plan living, a heated pool, and a private jetty with direct ocean access.

Inside, the spacious living areas exude elegance, with a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen boasting stone benchtops, European appliances, and ample dining space. The main lounge features an 82” smart TV, while a second-floor entertainment zone offers a pool table, bar seating, and additional TV area, all opening onto an outdoor lounge with stunning water views.

The six beautifully appointed bedrooms cater to families and groups, with two king suites featuring ensuites and walk-in robes. The additional rooms include queen and king single configurations, while the Teenage Retreat—a converted garage—offers bunk-style bedding for up to six children, complete with its own lounge and TV area.

Step outside to the large alfresco area, perfect for outdoor dining and lounging by the heated pool. The private jetty allows direct access to Broadbeach’s scenic waterways, ideal for boating and fishing.

We were a family of 15 and we loved our stay. Beautiful House, kids kept entertained with the Pool and Pool Table, Adults enjoyed the outdoor area also. We were soo amazed by the house and big it was. Thank you again team.

Fantastic property and location. The addition of fishing gear and kayaks were well utilised. Hosts were very responsive, had an issue with the dishwasher and it was resolved that day. Would love to go back.

House was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. House was clean and fresh. All the family loved the pool and pool table. Downside was foxtel and bbq was not undercover and was a little on the small side for a family

the complementary slippers are just that, very slippery which caused me to slip and fall down the stairs. Though a very nice gesture these should be removed from the house before someone gets more than just bruising. The backup BBQ gas tank was empty with very little gas in the one attached to the BBQ, this was rectified very quickly with one phone call. One of the rings (back one) on the stove does not work, also the seal around the oven droops and the door does not seal properly if the oven gets too hot (above 180). One glass broke in the dishwasher and one was found cracked in the cupboard. All in all this is a wonderful house with wonderful service.

Great place for all our family and extended family to stay with room for everyone. Great location and views. Although some of the amenities are a bit dated they all worked. Pool was a big hit for kids and adults alike, and we had the best time since we haven’t been able to be all together since pre covid
