"This house was quiet and pleasant. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is nice for walking, and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed watching the roadrunners and bunnies in the back yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Nice view from the bedroom upstairs. And our host, Luis, was good communicating with us. "

"House was very nice. Super clean and neat. Great backyard. Pool was beautiful, a bit too cold to use this time of year but a nice backdrop to sitting around visiting and having drinks. Bath towels were wonderful. Only complaint is that with that many people (5 men), would have been nice to have more than 1 decent sized frying pan to make breakfast. "

"What a perfect little spot in northeast Mesa ! Very quiet, clean and peaceful, pool area looks amazing we did not get a chance to use it this time of year. this little place is a perfect location for my wife and I to stay when we visit family nearby. We will be back for sure ! "

"These guys are amazing. We've stayed at the Grapefruit campus (literally) multiple times and have booked two more times. They get it. Their home is equipped properly for everything. Family and friends can enjoy being together without feeling cramped. Additionally, they are set up to entertain with cooking, dining, games, watching playoffs, and lounging. Almost afraid too many will book Grapefruit House. Well done Pete and Maria! Cheers"
