This view from the quayside road at Golant shows how the little quay is separated from the river by the branch line to Fowey (not now a passenger carrying route). The main navigable quay at Golant is a little farther downriver, where the road crosses the railway line to allow access - from where this picture was taken: 495276.

Staff were amazing. Helpful, kind, helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was very good. We had an excellent breakfast and a family lunch. The complimentary bottked water and biscuits were very welcome.

Had a great stay at SeaSpace; the room was lovely, overlooking the coast, all the things you'd need for preparing a meal in the apartment kitchen. Nice that they provide some tea/coffee and a kettle as I forgot to bring any! Plenty of room to chill out on the sofa with a cup of tea or eat a meal ...
