"We loved this house! We were in town for a family wedding and this was a great place to decompress with my special needs kiddo. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to a great playground with a splash pad, easy access to restaurants and walmart. The house really does feel like Grandma’s House and was very well stocked with nearly anything you might need. Great place! "

"We booked this house because it is close to WSU and we had to move our son into the dorms. The house is small and cute! It sits on the corner and there is off the street parking which was a plus for us. I spent the couple of mornings drinking coffee on the back porch. Will definitely book again if we’re in town for more than just a night or two!!!"

"The house is quaint. Easy to get to and right next to a highway so easy to get around. They don’t have a full kitchen which didn’t bother us. The bed is a little used as in dips in the middle and its really soft. We prefer a firm bed but this did not take away from the experience for us either just adding the info for others. Very sweet couple. We would stay again."

Its location is around all different types of restaurants within 5 mins of a drive. Small mishap that was out of control for property owners, but they handled it asap. "We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"Really enjoyed the stay. Was in town for a wedding in Winfield. Liked being in a neighborhood — easy to go for a run in the mornings. I must admit the property didn’t look great on the outside BUT the inside was great— all updated and very clean. Also was close to grocery stores and places to get food. Communication with the host was easy (through the site) and he always got back to me promptly.Would book again if ever I needed a place to stay in that area. "

"The house is in an “older neighborhood “ BUT is a quiet and clean area. When we got there we walked in to the smoke alarm beeping low battery, but Alex was there within 5 minutes of us calling!! The house is a bit off the street so there was no street noise either. Will definitely stay again!"
