"We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! "The hotel is clean. It looks royal and it has a good restaurant. The breakfast spread is really wonderful. It has a collection of Indian continental sushi, Italian, and other cuisines. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu Nepal. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help anyone that is there as a guest."

"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved...
