"The reception staff was nice. The hotel itself is in terrible shape (dirty chairs, dirty elevators, elevator button broken!, no lotion in the rooms). Would not stay here again. When we were having breakfast, a man working for the hotel walked upto our table and starting taping a sign on the table WHILE WE WERE EATING. "I stayed in this hotel during Memorial Day weekend. I booked a couple of rooms. Pros: 10-minute walk from Niagara Falls State Park, close to restaurants. Has a plenty of parking spots. Good breakfast. Cons: Limited housekeeping staff. The shampoo bottle was not refilled. Towels were not there, and when we requested them, they asked us to come downstairs and pick them up."

"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "Room size is pretty small, but I'm not complaining on it. Its worth for what we're paying. This motel lacks cleanliness. There were hair of previous users in bathroom, which made me uncomfortable. Bed sheets were not tidy"

"Our stay was perfect. The only thing not great was the room that we stayed in backed onto the Home Depot garden section. Staff were loading skids of garden soil and items at 3:00 am and woke us up. Anyone staying in late spring should ask to not be placed where their room faces th back of the Home Depot."
