"Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were great, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give the person at the front desk 10 stars if I could. They gave great recommendations for pizza delivery and were very accommodating of my dog. "

"I was there to visit Niagara Falls and I liked the convenience of being directly across the way and Hard Rock Cafe just a block away (favorite place to eat tried a hamburger place and it was expensive and not great). There was plenty of parking (should be free for paying guests but only paid $10) The room was clean and smelled good ( carpets may need a little attention through hallway and lobby, room was decent). Front desk staff were friendly. The included breakfast was good typical hot...

"You should improve the lighting of the backyard and the curtain of the longer bathrooms. We find it very cozy and spacious, in a very accessible area. If I come back, it would be our first choice, again."
