"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. "Our room was a unit 228 (double Queen) on the 2nd level with a small balcony looking over the pool area. We had a tree blocking our view, but some might like the privacy. I found the room to be really sound proof for a motel. The updated room was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well. Staff was friendly. You could have your room made up daily. The fridge, coffee maker and bar sink were nice to have. (A microwave would have been a lovely addition!) We ate dinner next door which was good and...

"This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!"

"Overall had a great stay! The staff were lovely and very helpful. When we first checked into our room the toilet had no been flushed after the people before us used it… disappointed that wasn’t checked when it was being cleaned. Other than that the room was clean and updated. The TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi so the smart tv functions didn’t work, not a huge deal!"

"The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean."

"When we drove into the entry there was a staff person watering the flowers. There were at least five cars behind wanting to drive up to the lobby to go in to register. Made everyone wait and seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Got the stink eye. This was at 4:00 pm, when registration started. Definitely didn’t make us feel welcome."

"The bedrooms depicted in the online photos do not match the actual rooms. The rooms appear to be inadequately cleaned, and some doors are missing or do not close correctly. The place struck us as unsafe, and the rooms on the ground floor didn't have locks on the windows. We ended up just packing our bags and leaving to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Losing the cost of the room was a minor trade off. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone."
