Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal.***** Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und bieten höchsten Komfort. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war einfach traumhaft. Auch die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in München ist ideal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. "There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"We stayed five nights at Stay Kooook Munich and had an overall great experience. The check in process was really easy and our room was ready for us early which was perfect as we arrived two hours before check in. We had a studio room with kitchenette which was super spacious with great natural light. The bathroom door issue mentioned in earlier reviews has been sorted (at least the door in our room had a privacy film over it). We did struggle a bit with the air con system on our first night...

"Nice little gem tucked away down a quieter street in an otherwise busy area of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and so quiet! Breakfast had a great variety. I would definitely book this hotel again."

"At first we were at 5th floor on the first day and I asked the manager to change our room because we can hear the noise outside and we couldn’t sleep. They accommodated my request and everything was perfect. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.. The plus side on this location is very close to central station."
