"Booked this house for 10 family members that were traveling up for a family reunion from over 4 hours away. As it got closer I did not receive any check-in notifications/messages from the host. I sent messages starting 2 days before check-in. The host never responded. I called VRBO on the day of check-in and they were wonderful with assisting me. The host was unresponsive to them. "This was a great stay! The host was prompt in communication and left little to confusion. The amenities were clean, organized, and easily navigated, and in such a beautiful location! Our group felt very privileged to have stayed in such a welcoming place, to have gotten such great weather, and to have been able to visit Vermont! "My husband and I stayed four nights at Leah’s place. She and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts. Very, very nice people. :) Great location if you want something quiet with beautiful view over the mountain. it’s very close to Island Pond and also to Silvio Conte wildlife refuge. If we go back to Vermont, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much, Leah. We had a wonderful time! "
