"This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. "

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

"Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

"This is a great little place! It has 2 bedrooms, one with a firm bed and one with a soft bed. The TV is small, and I would recommend that the hosts get a bigger one, but it comes with Netflix, which is a great feature. This is the perfect location for folks who want to ride the Kingdom Trails in what I would say is the northeast section of the East Burke trails (White School, Petes Pond, Upper and Lower Pond Loops, etc). "Everything was extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want, right down to the rolling pins and every kind of appliance. "The cabin was what one might expect in Vermont and it didn’t disappoint. The setting was on a dirt road as most of Vermont roads are. It was nicely packed and not dusty. Neighbors were not close by, it was very quiet. The cabin was clean and stocked well. The extra necessities were a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Communication from Jennifer, the owner was excellent. I recommend this Vermont Cabin! "

"My wife and I were looking for a quick get away, Keiths cottage was perfect. It had water access to the south bay where we were able to kayak and enjoy watch the bird activity. The home was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. It was a quick drive to the shops and restaurants in downtown Newport. Keith was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would defiantly stay here again."
