"New build or newly remodeled. Condo was spacious and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as a pasta strainer and a wine opener (thankfully we had one with us). Would rent again. "

"Captain's Lookout is a tiny bit of heaven!"

"We had a great stay here - the house was very comfortable and welcoming and just steps away from the beach! The owner is very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great little place tucked away and quite. We had our morning coffee on the deck then walked down to collect sea glass.Great spot, not too far from downtown either for dinners etc. We would come back again!"

"Great little family stay. The backyard faces a preserved marshland with a quiet natural setting where one can see flocks of cranes and egrets stalking about. The house gets you close to the front door of the famous Gloucester Blvd. and provides safe retreat in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and easy access to all the great restaurants along 133. House was impressively clean and cozy. Well appointed with a nice kitchen and a comfortable deck. Quite the jackpot! "

"This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. "

"Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful."

"Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!"

"The place was great. Clean, comfortable and communication was easy. We enjoyed our 2 day impromptu stay in Salem. "

"Very short walk to beach and boardwalk, property is very clean and cozy and owner is easy to reach out to response from owner is very quick."

"The property is a little far from the restaurants, but we did not mind the walk, the beach is only a 3 minute walk …. We loved it and would stay here again. Thank You Grace for the quick response to all our questions and needs."

"The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so...

"We had a family wedding in Beverly and needed a pet friendly House as we have 2 dogs that go everywhere with us. The House was great, plenty of room for all of us, very roomy, and comfortable rooms , comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning as it was a scorcher one day, so close to everything, parks, stores, Salem Center, coffee shops, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Meg, property owner was incredible, stopped by to meet us, made sure we got in OK. Just a great get-away for all of us....
