"Another wonderful week in Davis............despite a few days of unsettled weather. This was our 3rd stay at Sound Escape. The house was excellent as usual, and we really enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Lost to see and do in and around Davis if you're willing to drive a bit. We love this place !!! "

"This home is beautifully furnished and has all the necessities. Communication was great and all my questions were answered. The place is close to lots of attractions like Cape Lookout, Cedar Island, Beaufort, and Fort Macon. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. "

"It’s so hard to find pet friendly properties but this one was perfect. Beautiful little cottage and walking distance to the water. Great location. Right in the middle of everything on the island. Our host was very accommodating. The cottage was furnished with everything we needed. We had a great trip. "

"This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."
