Our home is designed for relaxation and reconnection. With room for 8 guests, you’ll find:

The Great Room: High ceilings, warm mountain decor, and a cozy gas fireplace for snowy Colorado nights.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a spacious 8-person dining table for family feasts.

Peaceful Family Retreat

Our family enjoyed time together at this peaceful property in a beautiful setting outside Glenwood Springs. The house was very clean. Host is a pleasure to communicate with and took care of any issues promptly. The deck is really nice for sitting and listening to the creek.

Wonderful Property with Beautiful views

We had an absolute amazing time in Glenwood at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and very easy to get to from Glenwood. The view was so beautiful from the deck and was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely book here again!

Great house

This is a real find for anyone who is looking for a nice house next to a beautiful stream. The host is great. We found the house stocked with the little things like coffee and filters, wrapping paper and a bunch of other things that make little sense to buy if you only spend a few days.

Great Location. Great outdoor spaces. Great living area and kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you need (dishes, blankets, pots and pans, appliances, etc). This is a well appointed property. However, the property needs a deep cleaning and the carpet replaced. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s over the years and this was not at the normal level of cleanliness.

Love this place. We’ve stayed here before for our family and friend’s fishing trip. Great location to rivers and town. Host took great care in making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Get off the grid!

If you are looking to get off of the grid, this is the place for you! I didn’t have cell service at the property which couldn’t have been better for me (we did have WiFi which was perfect). The house is cozy and the fire places were great, they gave the house a really warm feel, and made it feel like a really warm cabin. It’s about 10 minutes from the town which is small slice of Americana. The backyard / creek are great, my son loved playing back there. Would highly recommend!

Fly Fishing Slam

We got together with our grown sons and fly fished the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan Rivers as well as some spring creeks. Fishing was killer. It was so nice to return to the rental property and relax, have a drink and make dinner. We really liked the peaceful location and the well eqipped kitchen. Had a flock of wild turkeys walk through the property.

Lovely mountain home perfect for family getaway!

This was a wonderful home for our family’s weekend getaway to Glenwood Springs. The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked with all you would need over a weekend & had a cozy feel to it. There were even towels available for us to use at the hot springs! The creek side setting was so peaceful & we loved going out on the beautiful deck to enjoy our morning coffee and relax. Mary & Jim were great and helped problem solve a challenge with our booking dates & we’re very responsive in their communication! Loved our stay there & would love to visit again when in Glenwood!

Long weekend for Colorado TAC

We stayed here while attending Colorado Total Archery challenge. Beautiful place on the river. Secluded. Close to Sunlight Mountain. Very well kept. Tons of room. Spacious.

Lovely setting on the creek. Remodeled kitchen is nice. Could use a deep cleaning throughout the house. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work, bathroom door got stuck shut. Hosts were responsive and helpful. No cell service so calling is through Wi-Fi, which stopped working the day we checked out. Had to drive up to Sunlight Mountain Resort to call the hosts to be able to check in, as door code wasn’t sent. The setting made up for many inconveniences but probably wouldn’t stay again.
