"The property and host were great. The waterfront was pretty green, but the lake itself was nice. Big plus for big groups: never ran out of hot water when doing showers for 6 adults and 7 children! Grill could be upgraded, but otherwise basically everything but groceries was provided. Take advantage of the boat! "

"We were here for a family wedding with various family members coming and going — some for an afternoon visit, some for overnight. Our 89-year-old matriarch even stayed for one night. It accommodated everyone’s needs nicely and was in a great location for easy access to restaurants, the movie theater and the wedding held in a nearby small town."

"We had a great time and loved the nearby parks and trails to walk, ride bikes, and pick-up local food and drink. We will be back again in the future."

"We came for a family event in Dunn County, so the house in Menomonie was a good location. The property is lovely, with everything we needed. The table and chairs just outside the apartment were a great place to have coffee in the morning. We all enjoyed time on the deck by the river, and saw the eagle, and several other types of birds. "

"This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (at least that we could find) to cover all bathrooms so we had to buy some. But like I said overall very very nice and would definitely...

"This beautiful cabin style house was the perfect place to get away and relax. The walk down to the lake is beautiful. The house was well kept. Would definitely recommend a stay!"

"We loved this house! There were 15 of us, ages 11 to 77. We loved the location on the water. Those steps were a good workout! The various water toys were a huge plus. We rented a pontoon. Loved the cleanliness of the house and all of the space. We had plenty of room to gather together but alao to spread out for alone time. We are already planning to book for next summer!"

"The lake cabin was a wonderful retreat for our family reunion July 1-8, 2025. We are so happy we rented the pontoon! We enjoyed fishing throughout the week, but the perfect catch was a surprise to all of us when our nieces boyfriend got down on one knee and proposed marriage to her while 4th of July fireworks were going off overhead around the lake.
