This cliffside home is named for High Falls, a beautiful local waterfall accessible via a trail from the nearby Pines Recreation area. The Pines is a small public access park about a mile from the home with picnic tables, seasonal restrooms, and a public swimming beach right on Lake Glenville. It's perfect for an afternoon excursion! The lake view is constant, and lucky guests will also enjoy intermittent spillway waterfall views from the home. Called Onion Falls, this bonus waterfall forms when extra water is released over the dam spillway from Lake Glenville into the West Fork Tuckasegee River below. Inside, the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern convenience makes High Falls incredibly homey.



The living room's leather seating and wood burning fireplace make the perfect combo for family movie nights, whereas the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, and bright red tile countertops.
