"Lots of space with activities for 18 month old to 64 yr old grandparents Both indoor and outdoor.This property is very maintained and clean!! Enjoying the hot tub after a day of hiking at Hocking Hills was relaxing. We loved the view from the deck and relaxed on the back porch on the glider. Beds were comfortable! Jereme was very accommodating when asked if there was a crock pot on the premises he had a new one waiting when we arrived. All agreed that we would stay there again "

"We had a great time staying the evenings at the property while being close enough to hike all of the Hocking Hills trails and check out local attractions during the day. The hot tub and back deck glider were the perfect way to end the day. We couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace but did manage to use the hot tub and kitchen just fine! Would definitely stay again! Settlers Roost was the best due to being at the end of the lane so no traffic coming in or out."

"Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was wonderful. The space was clean, bright, and well thought out. We had great space to prepare and share meals, relax, and play games indoors and on the wrap-around porch. The home was close to town, but felt secluded nestled in the woods. It was a perfect space to relax and enjoy nature. We would absolutely stay again. "

"Rented for a getaway, the kids enjoyed the stay. Close enough to everything and far enough to get peace and quiet"

"Basic needs meet. I could make some recommendations for a better stay like : shortening the shower curtain so its not dragging inside the shower to trip on and a differnet shower head (theres no escaping being constantly sprayed in the face), the hot tub top basically falls out the aide of the balconey if you are not careful, and the bedroom needs a bedside lamp . "

"The building is charming and clean and location is beautiful, but the structure is a bit quirky w BR and the only BA on first floor, kitchen & LR on 2nd and additional sleeping space on 3rd (late night bathroom visits are potentially awkward as climbing steps may be, especially for elderly. No problem for just wife and I.My biggest gripe is communication as the host responded to questions, but I wasn't notified and didn't know he replied until I inadvertantly saw the reply days later. "Teachers weekend getaway was amazing with this cabin!!!! This cabin was very clean and felt newly built! We loved our stay. We especially appreciated the three full sized bathrooms! The location was absolutely beautiful! We would stay here again! "

"This house is a great house for the number of people in our family. Our family ranges in ages 1 to 85. The downstairs bedroom was ideal for our older two, and the upstairs accomodated our younger members perfectly with 3 sleeping in the large basement bedroom. The location of the house is great, too.
