Only 2mins drive to Rathmullan centre and handily located for the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballymastocker Beach, Portsalon, Fanad and general touring of Donegal. We will definitely be back."

"My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. "The Hideaway is a treasure! The pictures cannot capture how cool and special this place is! We stayed in the house which was very comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Shebeen. Truly the best part of the stay was the incredible hospitality of our hosts, Grainne and Pat and their family. Highest recommendation for the Hideaway!"

"The value of the home was just incredible. The home, and it is a home, was so warm and welcoming. And truly felt like a family was bringing you inside to a well kept, well equipped, gorgeous home. The location is stunning, with splendid views and a sense of remoteness while being in touching distance of town, pub and shops. Good roads, nice walks and nearby national sights and parks made it just the perfect choice.
Would have no hesitation recommending this home, or booking again if I ever...
