"Very modern apartment in a historic area of a historic city. Very comfortable stay. Good central "home base" if touring by car between Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Doune Castle."

"Gemma and David were very welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The location is stunning. The cottage is a great size, plenty of space and is very comfortable. Things like handsoap, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc are all provided. Lovely to have the log fire too and also a firepit in the garden which is fenced off and secure for the dog. Just a short walk to the hermitage trail and on to Dunkeld. You would be hard pushed to find such a great accommodation in such a beautiful...

"We had an excellent time at this property. 4 stars for cleanliness as windows and skirtings were dusty and a few cracked tiles on the kitchen floor but otherwise very clean and well presented. Summer house could be doing with a little TLC as the doors don't open and a couple of glass/Perspex panels missing from them. House has 2.5 bathrooms, not 1.5 that's in the description.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would consider returning should we ever require such a large...

"My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful little cottage. The Cottage had everything needed for daily living and the kitchen was well equipped. Kinross is an amazing little town and the location is perfect. Dawn is a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Lodge had great views and spacious lounge and dining area. The location is great and the lodge areas are well kept. It was great that one of the bedrooms have a sink given there is only 1 bathroom. I would book to stay again. The only negatives really are that the size of the fridge was tiny and was only really suitable for putting milk and a few other small items. "Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner instantly to show us around and how to control the Hottub, lighting's etc in this accommodation. (Helped alot) Great wee Pod and very quiet as this is away from major roads. We had no issues,except the accommodations Speakers, there was nothing to show how to connect to them. (Not really an issue but would have been a nice addition). The Biscuits were 2x months past they're BBE, so they wete really spft but i still ate them! Haha"
