"Rooms very basic, pillows and beds very uncomfortable, very loud due to constant slamming doors.
A dining room with beautiful table cloth and napkins did not exist, bare tables in both dining rooms, dinner was good, breakfast ok.
I really appreciated Fiona at the front desk, very nice and helpful."

"I cant fault this hotel it provided all the amenities of a great hotel but with a unique homely feel. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming and the food was great especially the breakfasts. The bar/restaurant has a nice atmosphere and looks cosy at Christmastime with the decoration. Thanks so much to all at the New Park for a lovely stay we will be back again. "

"What an amazing place to stay. From the moment you pull up the beauty of the hotel and grounds will take your breath away. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Sad that we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the whole place "

"One of our favorite hotels! We had two family rooms with 8 people total. We only stayed one night but would be interested in coming back to stay a longer stretch! It’s a 20 minute drive to Galway City Center, the staff was first rate. So kind. So helpful! The mattresses were very comfortable and the breakfast was the best we’ve had."
