"Love this place!"

"The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"We had a wonderful stay here. Paul and Heidi were very kind and accommodating. A beautiful property right up against the Northumberland Strait, which we enjoyed kayaking in. The cottage was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views."

"Great host! This two bedroom out building on a small farm is located 20 minutes from Antigonish is a fabulous find. Clean very comfortable furniture and beds. BBQ on deck. Great space for a family to stay while visiting ST FX university. "

"Southside Harbour Vacations Apartment was a lovely little gem along the Antigonish Harbour. We loved the apartment! It’s a spacious layout with beautiful decor. It was meticulously clean. John and Kathryn were very friendly hosts, they shared lots of information about the area’s highlights and accommodated us with kayaks and a lobster steamer. "My family had a wonderful week in Nova Scotia. The beach house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We started each day with quiet walks on the beach, looking for treasure and soaking in the calm. The private beach was a dream — we spent our evenings watching the sunset and our nights under a sky full of stars. "This is a lovely getaway. We really appreciated the various thoughtful touches. We found the strongly scented products used set off our allergies quite badly. Perhaps unscented products in the future. A wonderful place. We hope to return!!"

"The house was a little tricky to find but once we did we did not want to leave! It is isolated in the best ways and the beach access is incredible. The house itself was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were also a great touch. We can’t wait to come back again hopefully soon!"

"Amazing cottage, bright, roomy and well furnished; beautiful secluded location, great for swimming and kayaking with the kids; kind and thoughtful hosts. Perfect spot!"

"The house was amazing! Very modern and state of the art but extremely comfortable. Immaculately clean. The water views and sunsets were incredible. Hosts were very attentive to questions. The only downside, there were six adults and the hot water didn’t last beyond two showers."
