"First the bad: room was 79 degrees when I entered and wouldn't cool down. I had to call maintenance to fix. Also I don't think I should have to pay for parking ($21 for overnight). There was no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn on the bathroom light without waking my husband. Switch that controls the toilet/shower area also controls the sink area, and there is no door from the bedroom to the sink area--poor design. And speaking of design, the hallway carpet and room...

"We had booked four nights there, but wound up checking out after the first night. It wasn’t a terrible building in facilities, but the clientele was very noisy. Late at night we had somebody knocking on the door looking for somebody that was not checked in our room. We did not get any sleep because it was so noisy and busy all throughout the night. The staff was wonderful though when I told them something came up and we were checking out early. They refunded me for the three nights we didn’t...

"Super quiet, even right next to the airport! It’s our go to for overnight before morning flights. Clean, comfortable. We park at ParknJet for the duration of our trip, shuttle to the airport, and Coast shuttle to the hotel. Works great. Good restaurant in the parking lot! "

"This hotel is extremely convenient. We walked to the departures check in desks in less than 10 minutes. The property is very old and some areas are quite run down, especially the pool and gym in particular. There was no water in the gym. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. It was very quiet, I did not hear any aircraft noise!"
