"Honestly they need to do better to enforce their no smoking policy. I was walking through a wall of smoke smell of all different kinds of smoke. I couldn’t even turn the fan on in the bathroom because of the smoke smell that would be in the vent system."

"No one was manning the desk and after a long wait had to text management from business card on front desk. The cold water faucet would not work. A/C was intermittent. Breakfast was terrible. Yogurt machine broken. Wouldn’t even call what they provided as a continental breakfast more like a half baked attempt."

"Beautiful room. Stocked kitchenette even with a wine opener which is rare. Pool and hot tub were clean. Lobby restaurant was delicious (try the chicken Caesar flatbread), and they even had bicycles that were free for guests to sign out so you can go explore without having to deal with uber and stay active. Gym was well-worth it as well."

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."
