"Everything was great and very relaxing. Due to its location on a wooded property the climate of the house was very comfortable. When it was hot outside, it was comfortably cool inside (without ac) and vice versa. The screenshot porch was very relaxing and the house had a lot of items to use and good kitchen equipment. Furthermore Todd is very helpful host! The lake and the surrounding were very relaxing too. We were there with our teenage kids. For them the calm surrounding was a little boring...

"We were in the area for a wedding and found this gem of a listing on VRBO! It suited us perfectly for two nights. The apartment is absolutely charming, spotless, and very well-equipped. Our hostess was very communicative and clear with instructions for checking in and out and left a detailed guide of easy and simple instructions and great information about the area that we would not have known otherwise, for which we were very grateful.My husband and I enjoyed the view from the deck while our...

"Communication with the host was excellent. His place was clean, bright, and very well equipped! The location makes it easy to get around the greater Hartford area. Our stay was very good!"

"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"I'd like to say that upon arriving the house was beautiful. There's a gorgeous backyard pond with a water spout in the middle. A nice accessible driveway and a cute little cobblestone walkway leading up to the entrance of the guest house. It was beautiful when we arrived inside. House was clean and inviting and there was also cold water and refreshments. Will 100% be booking again... I would give it a hundred stars if I could. Best experience ever."
