"Super séjour au Castlehouse B&B dans le Connemara ! L’emplacement est vraiment incroyable, en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et pas loin de la mer. C’est parfait pour explorer le parc national et les alentours comme Kylemore Abbey. Le gros point fort : l’accueil. John est extrêmement sympathique, toujours prêt à donner des conseils et à aider pour organiser les visites. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. "People were quite friendly. The room was clean, nice and warm. The pool was a great opportunity to get some lap swimming in during my brief stay. It helped me sleep like a baby, despite having traveled 8 time zones and about 12 hrs to get there."

"Well appointed modern room, well laid out public spaces. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom orders as well as a buffet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their to make our visit enjoyable"

"The stay was really nice. My only suggestion is to furnish the rooms a bit more. The space was huge but not very well appointed--very plain and not welcoming if that makes any sense. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk very friendly and helpful. Great location-walk to town about 15-20 minutes depending on which way you're going-downhill to town and uphill on way back. Not too bad at all. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of decor in ours."

"We had a beautiful waterview room. The room was beautiful. I only wish we had more time! The falcon walk with Collin and Mary was more than we hoped for. It is as the book says "one of the thousand things to do before you die". The afternoon tea was delightful. We also had dinner in the Dungeon Room. The front desk did all our reservations before we arrived. We are looking forward to a return trip!"

"Pretty location but a bit far from town. 10 Euro each way to Uber. Walk to town thru Westport House was nice but wouldn't do it at night. Wish they had a gym and self service laundry. Parking overnight across the street was much easier than behind the hotel. Breakfast room was beautiful and staff attentive. "

"We arrived at Renvyle House Hotel and were met by three receptionists who were super friendly and helpful. They arranged for someone to carry our cases to our rooms. Our rooms were very comfortable and had lovely views of the sea. Dinner and breakfast were brilliant with fresh fruit and breads made on the premises.
