"This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches.

"It did not look like a hotel. It looked like a business that was closed for the day - only small signs. Our Uber driver was concerned we were not at the right place. We had to peer in and try the front door. It worked out ok, but it was a strange start. There was no parking or food although I knew about that. The location was excellent. Everything was very close. The room also was unusual."

"AI Filters are being used in the advertisement. The wood is rotted and the building is quite old/delipidated . The electricity kept going off upstairs due to bad wiring. So it was very hot and unable to be cooled down. Some outlets worked some did not. The dishes had caked on dirt."

"The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here."

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled.
Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...
