  • Stunning Victorian two-bedroom flat with secure private entry and patio. The flat is within easy reach of Byres road’s boutique shops, cafes and restaurants with excellent links into the city. Although within the heart of the bustling west end, the flat is on a quiet street.

    The bright and spacious lounge has a traditional fireplace, large bay window and unique features including vintage table top arcade game.

    The modern dining kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

    The twin and double bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, with hotel quality bedding.

    The flat comes with its own private patio, complete with table and chairs.

    On-street parking is available in the streets surrounding the property but please note there is no designated space. Short term let license number: GL00135P

A great location and charming apartment. So much to do in the west end and near some really good restaurants. The subway station nearby gave us access to everywhere we wanted to go.

Eine tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Glasgows Westend. Tolle Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles super sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Claire ist ausgezeichnet.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect - restaurants, shops all a few meters away. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the decor as well!

We spent a wonderful 3nts at Claire’s gorgeous apartment. Such a wonderful place in a truly exceptional area which was close to everything! All the little touches in the apartment made it feel personalised and thought had gone into so many things. We will definitely look to come back again and 100% would book 18 Havelock! Perfect base for our long weekend stay for 3 of us. Claire was great with communication and had some top tips for where to eat nearby. So many options to eat within a 5 or 10 minute walk and also only a simple 5 minute walk to the subway and into the centre within 20mins or so. Would definitely recommend.Thanks

Glasgow Gem

The enjoyment of our three-day visit in Glasgow was enhanced by our stay at your lovely property. Linens were lovely, water pressure was excellent, restaurant suggestions were spot on, and the patio for morning coffee was a real treat.

Really nice quirky little place. About 20-30 mins walk from SEC/Hydro (2km). Comfy beds, well equipped and nice quiet location but just a stones throw from lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay again happily!
