"Definitely one of my favorite VRBO stays. The house is very clean, adorably decorated, and extremely convenient. The kitchen and bathroom have all the extras you might need. Very thoughtful. "100% satisfied with our stay with 12 people, Adults had nice separation from kids. The views are amazing from every angle, tons of windows and on top of the mountain, location is perfect for Gatlinburg or pigeon forge visits or if you want to watch the bears wondering around. ( I think we saw a bear everyday (out in the woods, on the streets or just wondering around the mountains.). The lower level entertainment with Hotub and views is super relaxing. "We only stayed one night, but everyone had a great time. The house is bright and inviting, and the back yard is a wonderful place to put your feet up in a swing or sit around the fire table. The kids loved the twin bedroom, making smores and playing on the green with all the golfballs. Thr letting us stay!"

"The house is beautiful! We loved every minute. The decor is amazing and everything was perfect! Cute kitchen and comfortable bed. And we did get into the pool. Pure bliss ! The owners were great about giving us everything we needed to know before we arrived and book with everything spelled out. Definitely a great place to stay in Grand Junction "
