Villa by the sea "Villa Fortunato"

Immersed in a Mediterranean garden a few steps from a crystal clear sea, furnished in a simple and comfortable way, the villa can accommodate 4/8 people.
The villa is completely independent, with total privacy.
The pool is shared with the resort.
Composed of four bedrooms, two doubles and two doubles, three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub, a large and bright living room, with relaxation areas, TV and panoramic, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.
The villa is distinguished by the pleasantness of both internal and external spaces, is surrounded by a garden and has a large porch, completely independent, which enjoys an enchanting view of the Aeolian Islands, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with stove and oven of 90 cm., Fridge with freezer, TV radio, stereo, internet. wi-fi, air conditioning, sleeping area, private parking space.
The villa is located inside a seaside tourist village; it is completely independent with total privacy; and is the ideal place to spend an enjoyable vacation, as it enjoys all the services of the village: equipped private beach, shared swimming pool, beach bar, disco bar, piano bar, restaurant, pizzeria, grill, amphitheater, entertainment staff, mini club, tennis court and soccer field.

The house is available from May to October.
Resort activities from June to mid-September.
Bed linen and towels included.
Water, electricity and gas included.
Final cleaning not included € 100.00.
Extra spending on the beach and swimming pool.
Deposit for damages € 600.00 paid on arrival and returned upon departure.

Härligt lugnt boende, avskilt och med gott om plats!

Vi spenderade två veckor i huset i slutet av juni. Sex vuxna och ett spädbarn och det fanns gott om plats för oss alla. Vi var nästintill själva på stranden som hör till resorten och utsikten från terrassen över Medelhavet var sagolik. Boendet var utöver det vanliga, men viktigt att veta är att det fanns fukt/ mögeldoft i huset, kan vara tufft för känsliga allergiker. En annan nackdel kan vara att det var ett måste att köra bil för att äta i de närliggande små byarna/städerna. Resortens restaurang var ojämn när det gäller maten, men helt ok, serverar frukost, lunch och middag. Detta är ett ställe för er som vill ha en lugn avkopplande semester med nära och kära och inte ser det som ett hinder att åka på de slingriga vägarna med bil. Nicoletta som äger huset är bra, mån om att ha en god kontakt. Vi hade fantastiska dagar där med utflykter till Lipariska öarna, Etna och Taormina. Finns massor av spännande utflyktsorter.

Villa mit toller Aussicht

Die Villa ist sehr gross und bietet viel Platz. Leider haben nur 2 Zimmer Klimaanlagen. Es ist alles in der Villa vorhanden, allerdings teilweise in die Jahre gekommen oder von einfachster Qualität (Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Plastikstühle, keine Polster, Beleuchtung sehr schwach). Der Strand kann gut über eine Unterführung unter der Landstrasse erreicht werden, wie der salzige Pool. Es gibt Club-Entertainment für Kinder und Jugend (natürlich auf italienisch). Sehr nett , aber manchmal auch abends hörbar. Der Ausblick auf die Aeolischen Inseln ist super, kann aber im Sommer durch den Dunst über dem Meer beeinträchtigt werden. Wer wegen der Aussicht hinfährt sollte dann besser Frühling oder Herbst vorziehen. Die Verwalterin Nicoletta ist sehr hilfsbereit un immer zu erreichen, da sie auch nebenan wohnt.

Agreable sejour familial

Grande maison avec très belle vue sur mer et accès direct à la plage privée. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nicoletta très présente (elle loge juste en dessous) à répondu à nos demandes. Le seul bémol : elle rentre dans la maison pour baisser frigo et arrêter clim et ventilateur dès que l’on s’absente. A savoir : La maison est dans un club de vacances Pas de climatisation (juste 1 chambre) ventilateur dans les autres chambres. La route passe juste en dessous de la maison Le restaurant et l’amphithéâtre sont juste à côté et au dessus de l’arriere de la maison côté chambre (animation jusqu’à 23h00) La musique de La discothèque de la plage jusqu’a 1h30 Donc amateur de calme et de tranquillité s’abstenir par contre pour les ado c’est parfait. Les transats à la plage sont payants 75 euros par semaine pour 1 parasol et 2 chaise. Piscine à côté de la plage Le ménage en supplément 100 euros La taxe de séjour 1e par jour par personne Tout cela augmente considérablement la note ! A prendre en compte . Il serait mieux que tout soit compris dans le prix de la location

We have just spent 2 weeks in this accommodation with a family of 2 parents and 5 teenagers. We really enjoyed our stay. We all could walk to the beach and swimmingpool whenever we wanted. There were also activities like soccer games and dancing. And Nicoletta was very helpful in advising restaurants and trips. Although you do need a car for everything because walking to the nearest village is quite impossible and the WiFi waa bad we really loved being there.

Fantastico!

Villa splendida, posto magico

Esperienza bella, da ripetere. La villa è confortevole, ottima per otto persone, arredata con eleganza, buongusto e cura dei particolari come se la proprietaria Nicoletta l’avesse pensata per viverci con la sua famiglia. Posizione eccellente. Domina sul mare, vista sulle isole Isole Eolie, spazi all’aperto godibilissimi con un patio splendido. La spiaggia si raggiunge senza uscire dall’area chiusa del villaggio attraverso un sottopasso: ottimo per i bambini che sono liberi di muoversi all’interno di una vasta area. Mare stupendo, limpido, trasparente. La proprietaria Nicoletta sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere ad eventuali richieste. Da annotare soltanto che in questo periodo dell’anno i servizi condominiali (piscina, ristorante, bar) non sono attivi, ma questo giova alla quiete del posto (straordinaria) e al riposo: abbiamo avuto il privilegio di avere una spiaggia bellissima tutta per noi.

Disappointing

On a positive note the house is very spacious, the rooms are large and the views from the property are lovely. However, we didn't find it toddler-friendly, there are lots of steps outside and places to fall down, there isn't a high chair provided which made life difficult at mealtimes and there are lots of breakable items at a low level in the house, overall I wouldn't recommend it for very small children. The wifi is really poor, most of our devices and phones couldn't pick it up and when they did it was a very slow connection. Also the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, the owner did try to have it mended, but having said that it is only available in one room (the main bedroom) which wasn't clear to us beforehand. The house is right in the centre of a resort, probably the closest property to the nightly entertainment so it is pretty noisy in the evening. It finishes at 11pm but our children go to bed before this and with no air con and having to shut the windows because of the noise, this was irritating. You can join in with the entertainment if you like that sort of thing and everyone at the resort was very friendly. There was also an outdoor concert one evening at the front of the house which was really loud and went on until the early hours. We ended up leaving the house early. Overall we were disappointed, it was not the quiet and relaxing stay we had envisaged.

Mozzafiato ed unica...

La casa è bellissima dotata di ogni confort, la cucina spaziosa , belle le stanze, ma la cosa che lascia senza fiato ed è unica è il patio da dove si vede una vista meravigliosa sulle isole Eolie. Rilassarsi e godersi il panorama è stato bellissimo. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, facile l'accesso al mare, bella la piscina, insomma consigliatissima a tutti.

Wonderful patio with magnificent view

We were eight persons in the nice and clean, spacious house. We loved the patio. We had all meals on the patio and spent almost all the time at the house on the patio. Would recommend this house to everybody who is going to visit Sicily.

Wunderbare Villa / fantastische Aussicht

Wir, eine grosse Familie aus der Schweiz bestehend aus 2 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche, haben in dieser Villa zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht! Die Villa ist sehr schön, gemütlich und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft, war die Villa gut vorbereitet und sauber, auch Wäsche und Bettwäsche. Die Villa befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage. Diese war in der Zeit als wir da waren (Ende September/Anfangs Oktober 2015) geschlossen, deshalb können wir nichts über die Anlage selbst sagen. Von der Veranda aus hatten wir eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Äolischen Inseln. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuss – und schon waren wir unten am Strand. Wir haben unseren gesamten Aufenthalt genossen und können diese Villa jedem empfehlen. Nicoletta und Achille (die Eigentümer), sind beide sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir immer mit ihnen Kontakt aufnehmen. Wir danken sehr für Alles und werden wiederkommen!

RELAX AND FUN

Da dove cominciare.... partiamo dall'interno della casa , davvero arredata con buon gusto . Nel soggiorno le vetrate la fanno da padrone dando luminosità e facendo godere di una vista meravigliosa .Molto pulita, spaziosa, completa di tutti gli accessori per accogliere due famiglie senza problemi. Il giardino molto curato fa da cornice alla parte della casa che definirei pura poesia ,LA TERRAZZA, dalla quale si gode di una vista mozzafiato sulle isole eolie. Come non menzionare poi tutto lo staff di VR dai ristoratori sempre molto gentili ed educati (un saluto ad Orazio) e l'animazione, in particolar modo il baby club che ha fatto breccia sulle nostre bimbe rendendo la loro vacanza ancor più bella e divertente . Cito per ultima ma non per importanza, la squisitezza di Nicoletta , la padrona di casa , la gentilezza e la discrezione con la quale ti mette a tuo agio durante il soggiorno. e la ringraziamo per averci fatto deliziare il palato con i fichi presi direttamente dall'albero del suo giardino :-). il mare a due passi senza dover prendere l'auto rende la vacanza davvero molto rilassante . Consiglio davvero a chiunque di farsi una bella esperienza in questo luogo magnifico.

Prachtig uitzicht!

Vanaf het terras heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op de Eolische eilanden. Het huis is perfect geschikt voor een groter gezin en is dan ook goed uitgerust voor meer personen. Doordat je via een ondergondse tunnel naar het strand kunt, is het ook ideaal voor wat oudere kinderen: zij kunnen hun gang gaan, zonder een drukkke weg te moeten oversteken. Houd er rekening mee dat er in het hoogseizoen ook 's avonds animatie is voor kinderen en volwassenen. Voor onze tieners was de disco top. Nicoletta is erg behulpzaam en beantwoordt alle vragen en geeft nuttige tips. Een heerlijke vakantie op een prachtige plek.

Wonderful villa!

We loved the villa and the location it was very clean, spacious well equipped and had a wonderful terrace with several seating areas for both dining and drinks during the evening. ! During the days we spent our time at the beach within the resort the villa is located in. The children loved snorkeling and the resort also offered lunch possibilities at a taverna at the beachfront which was very convenient. Nicoletta, the owner, was very friendly and service minded. We would not hesitate to spend our vacation here again.

Large villa with a spectacular view

We were for two weeks in this large and wonderful villa. We enjoyed every meal on the patio with this wonderful view. You can see some islands and also the cap from Milazzo. It's spetecular in the morning and also in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and everything is clean. There are enough bathrooms for more person. The resort is very nice and there is also a very good restaurant. The beach is well prepared and the sea is really a dream. You can use all the stuff in the resort for example the swimming pool and also the tennis court. We had also a parking place inside the resort, what was very good and secure. We cooked often in the kitchen because you can buy very good food in Sicilia. For us the position from the villa was petfect. In the near is Tindari with the most beautiful beach in Sicilia. Only 40 km to Milazzo were we rented a ship for the lipari islands. The cap d'irlando in the other side wonderful too. And Palermo is also not far away. So we had really wonderful and very interesting days in Sicilia. We enjoyed the villa with the large teracce and the very nice living room with also a spetecular view. The interieur from the villa is very personal and you will see that the owners still are using the villa too. Nicoletta was so friendly and helped us with many questions. She was always disposable for us and organized for example a fishing rod for our sun. We were in five and we had so much space in the house, the garden and the teracce. If you want to pass a good time in Sicilia we can recommend this wonderful villa.

The perfect Place to stay.

I stayed in the villa with my family for one week in October 2014. We were 8 persons (6 adults / 2 kids) and enjoyed it very much! The villa is located inside of a holiday resort which was closed in this time of the year, so i can't say something about the resort. But the place is fabulous! From the veranda you have a spectacular view to the sea and the Eolian islands. In 3 minutes you can walk down to the beach. The interior of the villa is very comfortable and tasteful. When we arrived the villa was well prepared and clean. We definitly enjoyed our whole stay and recommend it to everyone. Nicoletta (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. Splendida vacanza in Sicilia

Casa davvero Bella ccogliente e Ben arredata. Ampi spazi piu' di quanto non si possa evincere dalla descrizione. Vista spettacolare sul mare, casa fresco (non serve aria condizionata) un paradiso immerso nel verde, a coronare il tutto la proprietaria Nicoletta davvero deliziosa, disponibilissima e sempre presente per qualsiasi suggerimento Sille mete da visitare. Il contesto villaggio molto casino per chi ha voglia di uno svago, e anche il negozietto alimentari nel villaggio, ottimo per qualche acquisto veloce.
