"I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!"

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay here. It was clean, easy to enter, good parking on the street, quiet, and communicating with the hosts was a breeze. Big shout out to them for allowing us to check in early so I could have time to get ready for the wedding we attended! Only thing missing was rugs for wiping our boots and shoes as it had snowed the night before. No big deal though. We just took them off at the front entry and wore socks everywhere. The apt is very warm and the heater works great!...

"The VRBO itself was charming and nostalgic for a girls weekend. However, it was dirty. Cobwebs, dust, dead bugs and a coffee pot that we cleaned. It would have been helpful to know about the steep stairs on arrival. Luckily, we were all able to make stairs but if you have knee or joint issues probably skip this VRBO. The train was also an issue. The noise machines did not help our party as we heard the trains and horns at all hours. It was okay."
