"It is a lovely place! Very private with a good scenic view."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking at the beautiful water view. Very comfortable furniture outside and inside. Tons of space for everyone to spread out if needed, well-stocked kitchen, great coffee maker. Terrific place to use as a base for exploring Cape Breton. Bonus - Jo, the property manager was terrific! "

"Awesome place with great views. Cottage is set up for anyone who may have forgot anything. Well stocked and very clean. We had a great time touring the area and visiting local attractions. Definitely recommend it and will keep it in our list for a return trip down the road. "

"Bob was incredibly pleasant and easy to get along with.The property was well furnished, clean and a well needed reprieve from the busy world beyond.Bras d'Or Lake is actually an in-land sea and is simply magnificent."

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Cheaper than staying along the loop and right on the water. The beds were comfortable, has all convenient amenities and a cute market not too far away. Only negative was the swarm of lady bugs inside. We would tidy up then have another one come on the counter, land on a glass etc shortly after - looked like a hive hatched in a window. I would also recommend a small bridge or planks along the one section of driveway at the bottom of the hill. All in all -...

"Ce fut un très beau séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. Très propre et les lits sont très confortable s. Par contre, pour aller visiter plusieurs endroits de la région, nous avons trouvé le trajet en voiture un peu long pour rejoindre la route principale surtout lorsque nous revenions en soirée! "

"A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. The course is right next to Bell Bay Golf Club which was convenient for us as we played three rounds there, one at Cape breton Highlands (1 hr away) and one round at the Lakes at Ben Oein (1 hr away). "Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. They were very quick to respond to inquiries and helpful recommendations. Overall, the property met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Over"
