"We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour."

"The breakfast had subpar options. Only basics. The weight room that is photographed on the website is completely misleading. There was only a small room with no AC, a treadmill, and recumbent bike. There were many stragglers in the lobby and at the pool. Meaning they appeared to not be staying at the hotel, not freeloading off the amenities and this was allowed by the staff. "This is my second time staying and it never disappoints. Very close to the center of the historic downtown area. The property is very well maintained. Staff is always very welcoming. They were very helpful in explaining the laundry room machines and how they operate. Staff always greeted me when I entered the lobby.
The room is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen has full stoneware and utensils. All of the appliances worked. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area...
