Charming studio near Kentucky Lake and Moors Resort

Discover this welcoming second story 1-bedroom studio above homeowners detached garage in Gilbertsville. Private wooded location located in Buena Vista subdivision, this studio features a cozy king bed, dresser with hanging space, and a convenient pull out sofa bed. Approximately 625 square feet perfect for a couple or small group. Private access with your controls for A/C and heat. Standard hotel amenities that also include a makeup vanity, hair dryer, coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave, smart TV for streaming and asound machine. The bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower and toilet.

Please note that the stairway to the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please inquire on option for small ski boat or fishing boat for nightly hook up inside garage. Entrance to studio is shown in exterior photo on backside of garage.

Perfect lake spot

I was very impressed with Brittany’s VRBO apartment. It’s perfect for a couple! Very cute and clean and has everything that’s needed for a trip! Brittany’s communication is great as well and is very willing to help with any issue. We had a great time and will definitely keep this place in mind for future trip!

Fishing Trip

The property was excellent , very nice and comfortable. The owners helped us with charging of our boats, recommendations for places to eat and helped us get to watch the SEC tournament. One of the best places to stay around Kentucky lake.

Wonderful Stay!

This VRBO was perfect. Extremely clean and well-decorated. Fridge was stocked with water bottles which was a nice touch. Hosts were extremely flexible in allowing me to check out late. Everything was just perfect.

We planned a last minute weekend getaway, and this was absolutely perfect! Beautifully decorated and clean apartment, excellent communication with the host anytime we had a question, and can hardly wait to book this again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and close proximity to Moore’s Marina. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a fishing trip this place is definitely a place to consider.
