"The hotel was luxurious and very pleasant to stay. There were some quirks with a lavatory with a violent sounding flush and the restaurant being predominantly gluten free but the room’s hand wash, body wash and conditioner all containing wheat protein."

"I think this was my fourth or fifth time staying there. All I can tell you is that everything about it is perfection, but not in a stuffy way. Five stars on every count was not an exaggeration. The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. A safe pedestrian street with easy access to the tube and shopping and strolling."

I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. "Staff were friendly & balcony was nice. Overall hotel room felt tired, light switch next to bed didn’t work, rain shower was in poor state, mould around the air conditioning vent, the worse part was whilst trying to sleep there was constant noise from furniture being moved around on the rooftop. Quite disappointing from a hotel I have visited a number of times."

"The reception when we arrived at The Londoner was amazing, and the hotel is well placed for central London touring - we couldn't have asked for better convenience. The Londoner is enticingly decorated and we loved our rooms and furnishings, including the shower and bidet. We loved all of the decor. "Overall a good stay and nice property, central to the West End theaters we were going to and also the Tate Modern was easy to get to via tube. They changed our room from original "accessible" room, and we ended up getting a top floor with views. Room was clean albeit a little dated , which seemed odd because don't thk it's very old. Front reception was great. Would stay again."
