"New, large well appointed condo style hotel room. Easy to get to and park. Nice kitchen and bathroom, outdoor space a plus. VERY close to the airport, not to close to downtown. Perfect for a last night stay when you have an early flight. Would def book again."

"This was a beautiful location with a private lake. The property was newer and had new carpet and a new bathroom. The fridge in the room was appreciated! We also enjoyed a balcony on our room. The breakfast was a pretty standard buffet. We enjoyed watching the boaters across the way and the sun go down over the mountains. Plenty of parking and a shared laundry in each "condo" unit. If you have a car this is a very nice and quiet place to stay, but also still very close to Cromwell with its shops,...

"The location is excellent - far enough out of downtown so it's quiet at night, while still being easily walkable. The building is a bit dated, however the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I loved the jetted bathtub.
The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy although it did close at 6pm.
My only (very minor) complaint was that the door to my room had a gap underneath that let a lot of hallway light in at night. I put a bath towel down to block it. "

"I moved from another apartment hotel in Queenstown and this apartment at Highview was far nicer for a much better value. The staff was very friendly and the view was amazing!"

"The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence.."
