Holiday home Porto Botte

The villa is located a few meters from the beach of Porto Botte. Inside it has a large independent garden and indoor parking condominium (consisting of another unit on the same side). The house is on two floors, on the ground floor there is a large room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, consists of two double bedrooms and another bathroom; both bedrooms have an additional single bed.

The outdoor area, with garden and relaxation area equipped with sofas, table and chairs, allows the meals to be served outside in a peaceful and quiet environment. The house is particularly suitable for families with children because of the proximity to the beach, easily reached on foot. The house is also located in a strategic point, as it is an excellent base for the magnificent surrounding beaches, such as Porto Pino, Is Solinas and Portu de su Trigu.

Porto Botte is considered one of the best locations in Sardinia for the practice of sailing sports such as Kitesurf and Windsurf, thanks to the presence of favorable winds. Along the bay and a few meters from the house, there are 3 spots suitable for anyone who wants to practice such sports.
