"And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and bright and the aircon is adjustable the cold level we like for the very hot Hanoi weather. The reception staff Apple, Hieu, and Lee were very friendly and helpful. "We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue.
