"The property is very clean, and two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious. There’s a large living room and dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. The staff at the sonerset are second to none. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! "

"Wow, this hotel is so nice! When I walked in, I was like, ‘Whoa, is this real?’ The room is super clean and smells amazing. The bed is crazy comfy – I just wanted to sleep all day. The staff? "And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and bright and the aircon is adjustable the cold level we like for the very hot Hanoi weather. The reception staff Apple, Hieu, and Lee were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles, provided useful tips on locations of good food and day trips suggestions, asked us where we had been...
